For all appointments & enquiries, please call individual consulting rooms.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your Appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire.
To assist in your consultation, please bring:
- Referral letters from general practitioner
- Medicare, pension, DVA and private health fund cards
- Most recent mammograms or ultrasound scans, if available
- Any available biopsy results
- Please inform you surgeon if you are on any blood – thinning agents e.g. Aspirin, Plavix, Co-Plavix, Warfarin and Rivaroxaban. If unsure, please check with your surgeon or general practitioner
- If you prefer, feel free to bring your partner or a companion to your consultation
To cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment please telephone the appropriate office as soon as you are aware that you cannot attend so that we can offer your appointment time to other patients needing to be soon.
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
